Attorney Boswell concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration, Business Law and Organizations, Civil and Orphans’ Court Litigation, and Real Estate Law. The Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County has appointed Attorney Boswell to serve as a Member and Chair of the Dauphin County Board of Arbitration for numerous terms. Attorney Boswell has represented individuals and businesses in the Court of Common Pleas and the Orphans’ Court in counties throughout Central Pennsylvania, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. The Cumberland County Commissioners have appointed Mr. Boswell to serve as a Director of the South Central Workforce Investment Board, an eight-county organization comprised of business and public sector leaders to implement regional programs with federal, state, and private funding. Mr. Boswell is currently Chair of this regional workforce development board, South Central PA Works. Mr. Boswell has incorporated extensive community service in his practice, having served as a Director and Officer of many non profit and charitable organizations. He is Past-Treasurer of the American Red Cross of the Susquehanna Valley, Past-President of the University Center at Harrisburg, Past- Director of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce and the Harrisburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, Past-President of The Rotary Club of Harrisburg, Past-Chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the Dauphin County Bar Association, a former Trustee and Committee chair of the Presbytery of Carlisle, Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). He initiated the Camp Hill High School girls soccer program that he coached for ten years, and currently, he coaches age-group swimmers. He is an Elder at the Camp Hill Presbyterian Church.
